This one is from the Raptor show at Rock City.  The handlers were flying the birds from corner to corner in the audience and I was lucky enough to be sitting right infront of the landing lady for this one.  Cropped, lightened, some dodging on the bird to bring out the detail.

I found this batch of hatchling spiders on one of my favorite succulent plants.  As soon as I saw them I knew I was seeing "Red".

My husband found this and several more caterpillars munching away on our herb garden.  The first time he just plucked them off and told me about it later....I made sure that he didn't do THAT again! I love macro photography, I have tons of books filled with it....I'm so excited to be learning how to do some of it myself.  This one is also HDR, but not as processed as the one with the pair.

One of my many attempts at putting together an HDR image.  This is really the first one that I've liked.  Of course, it might have helped if I had been shooting for them correctly in the past....I'm learning! Aren't they glorious??
